The Flesh of Silence

I lose myself inside the universe,

in the infinite eternal silence,

in the folds of time

and in the colors of the arcane night.

The breath expands beyond the circle of the world:

humanity is only an echo of scattered dreams,

a wave of flesh, skimming the edge of the sky,

while life sprouts among astral ruins.

We are ancient dust, anxious for the divine,

a tremor of hearts setting the void ablaze,

strays of infinity in this sea of stars,

guardians in our chest of the secret of the whole.

And I dig, I dig, where silence becomes flesh,

I descend into the corridors of a soul without boundaries,

there where the cry of time becomes a whisper

and every wound becomes a loophole of infinity.

In this darkness there is no shadow, but pure truth,

a root sunk into the heart of the eternal,

while my self dissolves in the embrace of the centuries

to bud light in a dawn without sunset.
