Disneylands to Battlefields

There were days when life was miraculous.

The sky up there,used to paint exquisite portraits.

And my foggy window,on a rainy day,

used to create the world's best mosaic arts!

There were days when life was magical.

I used to fabricate my life into a fairy-tale.

And to linger on the pages of my tale,

for longer than ever!

There were days when,

I used to be daddy's little girl,

and mommy's little princess.

With time,

We all have left our disneylands

and moved down to battle fields.

Jinxed

No four leaf clover has she got,

no shooting stars has she seen!

No stars ignite her sky;no wings has she got to fly!

No best friend has been permanent to her;

no happiness had lasted with her!

Why are her dreams always dreams,

And her hands made of flaws?

Why is it always she who,

loses everything she gets?

Why is that no-one loves her back

the way she loves them?

Why do they call her heartless,

while she's full of feelings?

Why do they call her rude,

while she's fragile enough to

get broken into pieces?
