The unwritten part

Original Submission by Sana Satheesh

The unwritten part

If poetry were the measure of my love,

the universe would not contain it.

For It is an ocean, vast and deep,

where words dare not swim.

I write of you in every verse,

in every line, in every word.

But pen and paper, they cannot hold,

The depths of you that I've held close.

Though words may fail, they cannot erase,

The memories we've made,

The moments we've embraced.

Though words may fail, I will continue,

For in the end it all started with you.
