The Quieting of the Heart

My father gave life to this body,

whereas my mother nurtured it.

When I learn to settle,

I will find my Will.

When I find my Will,

my heart shall be tranquil.

When my heart is tranquil,

I will be at Peace.

When I am at Peace,

I can contemplate.

When I contemplate,

I am enlightened.
