प्रेम कसे असावे
राधा आणि कृष्णाचे,
निर्मळ आणि निरंतर असलेले.
प्रेम कसे असावे
ग्राहम बेल आणि मार्गारेट हॅलो सारखे,
नेहमी ओठी असणारे.
प्रेम कसे असावे
धनुष्य आणि बाणासारखे,
एकमेकांशी जोडलेले.
प्रेम कसे असावे
तलवारी आणि म्याना सारखे,
नेहमी सोबत असणारे.
प्रेम कसे असावे
ऊन आणि सावली सारखे,
दोघांची गरज भासणारे.
प्रेम कसे असावे
दिवस आणि रात्री सारखे
एकमेकांशिवाय न राहणारे.
प्रेम कसे असावे
आठवणी आणि गोड क्षणां सारखे,
कधीही न विसरता येणारे.
प्रेम कसे असावे
सुंदर दोन नयना प्रमाणे,
सतत साथ राहणारे.
प्रेम कसे असावे
जुळ्या भावा- बहिणी सारखे,
कितीही दूर असले तरी
मनाने जोडलेले असणारे.
प्रेम कसे असावे
जिजाऊ आणि शिवबा चे,
स्वराज्याच्या शिकवणीचे.
प्रेम कसे असावे
गाय आणि तिच्या वासरूचे,
ममतेच्या , मायेच्या स्वरूपाचे.
प्रेम कसे असावे
प्रेम हे असे असावे ,
प्रेम हे तसे असावे,
प्रेम हे कसेही असो मात्र,
प्रेम हे नेहमी खरे असावे.
