The Sun Setting

The two mates

Sun and sky,

Separate each day

When dusk at bay.

The skies mirthful

With tears of longing,

For it expresses

With the colours of gale.

The birds rewind

Squawking and screeching,

Waiting to embrace

Their bundles of joy.

The wailing moon

Becomes resplendent,

But still has grief

For it's never seen.

The twinkling stars

Peek and console,

With utters of solace

For they have alike fate.
