The motion of creation

Breathe in deep and let go.

Melt your glacier heart, let its living waters flow.

Unclench your fists like a wildflower in spring.

Allow the wind to sweep away the limiting beliefs to which you cling.

A tree can only grow where its roots embrace the dirt.

So ground yourself and let your mind hug all of your hurt.

The most majestic trees did not become magnificent overnight.

They first anchored deep to bravely bear their destined height.

Be like a wave running towards the edge of the ocean.

Destined to break, it continues to roar, praising God with its motion.

For it knows that its death is not its end,

and that it will merely be absorbed into the waters of vast beauty it can barely comprehend.

Care like the air that gifts its nourishment to all.

That knows no division, and gives life equally to big and small.

That knows labels and lines as nothing but an illusion.

For we are all one, and borders only perpetuate confusion.

Rise daily like the sun and allow your inner light to shine.

Causing sweet fruit to ripen on every rooted vine.

Its rays transforming dusty air into shards of gold.

Awakening the flowers from their beds to proclaim a kindness untold.
