1. INT. JASON’S RENTED ROOM – NIGHT

Characters: JASON, MR. VASSILI, POLICE OFFICER, RADIO ANCHOR

Black screen:

Title: The Fox Hole

An old model of mobile phone with Symbian operating system shows an incoming call from “Unknown Number”. Jason picks the call.

Mr. Vassili (V.O.)

Hello my friend. How long do you think itwill be done?

Jason

If all my calculations are correct,I think your portfolio should getto the expected level by this weekend,probably.

 Mr. Vassili (V.O.)

Probably! Careful with your words Mr. Jason.Don’t overestimate yourself.

Jason

Under commitment and over delivery, hasalways been a part of my character, Mr. Vassili.Trust me. If you had the skills and knowledge likeme, you’d say, it’ll be done by day after tomorrow.I’m just enjoying a little cushion, should you say.

Mr. Vassili (V.O.)

You are a wizard Mr. Jason and very muchconfident about your skills. I’m counting on

Jason

You will Mr. Vassili. Have a great day.

Mr. Vassili (V.O.)

CLOSE ON: A HAND THAT CUTS THE CALL.

CLOSER ON: JASON’S EYES.

Jason looks from his phone to some other side, goes to the switch board, turns off the main lights and turns of the secondary lights. A dim mixed colored light is spread in the room.

CLOSER ON: JASON’S HAND TURNING THE LIGHTS OFF. ONCE THE DIM LIGHTS ARE TURNED ON, HIS FINGURE IS MOVED TO ANOTHER BUTTON.

Jason walks to the radio device on his table and turns it on. He then walks on to the three images on one of the walls. The news anchor starts telling the news. Jason walks to the first image on the left side, which has a bear and a bull and admires it.

RADIO ANCHOR

Wall Street has observed anunexpected and unreasonable, record breaking fall by 10872points. The market closed at 31849 today

Soon as the anchor speaks this,

ZOOM IN TO: THE IMAGE OF BEAR AND BULL.

Cut to:

Multiple images of share market and relevant images.

Jason turns to the second image in the center, which has the face of Anonymous. As he does so, the news anchor speaks out.

RADIO ANCHOR (CONT’D)

However, the crypto currency hasbeen at its highest. Officialshave confirmed that there is apossibility of involvement of theillegal cyber syndicate.

Cut to:

We now see the entire setup of Jason. He has two laptops, one running windows operating system and the other is running some flavor of Linux.

CUT TO:

Jason walks to the last image. The news anchor continues.

RADIO ANCHOR (CONT’D)

Government officials are refusing togive any statement about the identity ofthe culprits, leaving everyone in a stateof confusion and panic, as to keep their actionsconcealed from the criminals. May bethey are trying to conceal their own failureto counter the notorious elements.

JUMP CUT TO: THE IMAGE OF THE FOX.

CUT TO:

Camera pans from behind Jason’s back, closes on the fox image and again pans, covering the other two images and halts at Jason’s eyes and then zoom out to his face. Jason smirks and turns to his table, turns to the bed and sits, waiting for a certain specific news.

RADIO ANCHOR (V.O.) (CONT’D)

Moving to geopolitics, the war between Ukraineand Russia has come to a halt, as the primeminister of India goes to visit to the president of Ukraine. Sources have confirmed that there has been no act of violence ever since the Indian prime minister has declared his visit to Ukraine. The impact of the war could be devastating. Jason stops the finger movements as this line is said by the reporter.

RADIO ANCHOR (V.O.) (CONT’D)

A notorious hacker group. Sourceshave confirmed the presence and malicious activities by an unknown hacker, who not only has managed successfully to breach the security of the digital currencyplatform but has also caused greatchaos. Around 1.32 Billion USDin the form of digital currencyhave been stolen and theauthorities have kept silenceabout their stand on it. Jason stands up, goes to his chair next to his table and turns on his computer system and then leans back on the chair.

POV:

Jason is looking at the screen and then stars at the ceiling fan as he leans back.

After a few seconds, as the computer systems start, he stops admiring the rotations of the slow moving ceiling fan and sits back straight, so he can start his work.

He opens the terminal window, which displays the user name to be "JAZFOX", the first two characters of his name followed by a 'Z' and then the animal he admires the most for being an opportunist, "The FOX", and starts typing some commands. Types certain commands and then a program starts on one of his systems. Some lines of commands appear on the screen fast and some slow. Then the screen shows that the amount is now ready to be transferred to some account and asks to enter the account details.

CLOSE ON:

Jason types in, some information and then once he presses the enter key, another line appears that says that the amount is now getting transferred to the destination account and also shows a counter that shows the amount being transferred.

Soon as the counter stops, a message pops on the screen, saying that the amount has been transferred successfully.

Jason smiles and then turns on the radio. But this time the radio anchor makes him feel shocked.

RADIO ANCHOR (V.O.) (CONT’D)

The identity of the culprit of the stockexchange is confirmed. The localpolice and the cyber securityforce are on their way to arrestthe culprit, as we speak. Our sources confirmed that during theirinvestigation, the officials had help assistance from anunidentified hacker, in trackingdown the culprit. Our team isright on their track to report theexclusive footage of the notoriouscyber psychopath, as he will bearrested shortly.

Jason gets panicked and hurriedly disconnects all his equipment. He puts his laptop in his sac and while doing so, he hears a knock on his door.

POLICE OFFICER

Jason, open the door. This is thepolice. We've identified you and wealso know that you're in there.Open the door.

The police officer keeps knocking the door, but Jason refuses to say anything and also, instead of opening the door, he sits calmly on his chair, opens his drawer, looks at an old phone sends a message, closes his eyes, smiles and leans on his back, as if he knew what was happening.

POV:

As Jason closes his eyes, we close on the image of the fox and the lights behind the fox image turn off.
