शिव से शक्ति या शक्ति से शिव - शिव हैं आराध्य, शक्ति है पूरक

कहते हैं, नाराज़ थे सती से,

पर क्या क्रोधित थे उसी से...?

कैसे नाराज़ होऊँ?,

जिसका अधिकार पहले है मुझसे,

हर फैसले में पहले मैं ही हूँ जिसके।

हर पल सोचा, क्यों जाने दिया

उसको पाने को ब्रह्मांड जला दिया

कहते हैं पार्वती से तप घोर कराया मैंने

ली परीक्षा उसकी सताया मैंने

पर तप तो मैंने भी किया

विरह को मैंने भी सिया

लाख वर्षों इंतज़ार उसका किया

जिसने जन्म मेरे लिए ही लिया

जब उसने पाना चाहा मुझे

तप घोर किया शुरू उसने

मैंने परीक्षा ली उसकी या मैंने परीक्षा दी उसकी?

करता रहा इंतज़ार हर पल

अब हो वो तैयार, मैं करूँ वरण

डरता था खो न दूँ जिसे

इसलिए परखा हर तुला पे उसे

उस परख में मैं भी परखा गया

उस तुला पे मैं भी तुला गया

मैं भी तैयार उसके लिए हुआ

शिव महा शक्ति पूरक हुआ
