RIHA

Ek chanchal si leher, jo sahil se takrati hai,

Apne hi khayalon ki dhun mein jo muskurati hai.

Aankhon mein sapne, aur hothon pe sawal liye,

Wo chalti hai rasta, dil mein kai malaal liye.

Sabko lagta hai wo bas ek khilta hua phool hai,

Par uski gehrayi ko samajhna, zamane ki bhool hai.

Usne har dard ko ek gehra raaz banaya hai,

Apne aansuon se hi khud ko sechna sikhaya hai.

Badi masoomiyat se usne har kisi pe aitbaar kiya,

Badle mein unhone uske sukoon ka hi shikaar kiya.

Wo toot kar bikhri, khamoshi mein kai baar,

Par kisi ne na dekha uske andar ka wo gubaar.

Ab wo pehle jaisi bholi aur nadaan nahi rahi,

Har kisi ke liye wo ab itni aasaan nahi rahi.

Ab wo hansne se pehle thoda soch leti hai,

Apne zakhmon ko pardo mein dhak leti hai.

Mehfilon se kinara kiya, ab khud se hi ek gehra rishta hai,

Uski khamoshi mein ab ek naya hi sukoon dikhta hai.

Apne hi bikhre hue tukdon ko usne ab ek dhaal banaya hai,

Zindagi ki har thokar ne usey jeene ka naya dhang sikhaya hai.

Wo phir pankh phailayegi, par is baar thodi nazaqat hogi,

Uske har ek faisle mein uski apni hi hidayat hogi.

Raftaar thodi kam hai, par iraada abhi haara nahi,

Ab uski manzilon ko kisi gair ka sahara nahi.
