Oh Dear Child of Earth

Oh Sweetheart,

I know Life is hurting you so much.

Let all your pain roll off your shoulders,

And onto the parched grass beside you.

Let the pain take its form of a beautiful nymph,

And let her tell you something.

Oh dear child of Earth,

Oh so human,

Oh so fine,

I’m sorry that I’ve given you so much pain to learn.

Oh dear child of Earth.

Pain is meant to teach.

But I’m still sorry,

For being so harsh.

Oh dear child of Earth .

Mother Earth has given birth to you.

Mother Life has given birth to I and Joy.

Life is a balance,

Of me and your lover Joy.

It must be like this,

Or else you won’t learn.

I want you to have your lover,

All to yourself.

So I’ve come to you as a friend,

To lead you to Lady Joy.

Oh dear child of Earth.

Forgive me for I’m a saint,

My apologies to you for being a sinner,

Lay in my embrace,

Oh Holy Child of Earth,

And then shall you find,

The answer.
