she has been through it all,

upside down, right-side up even pulled apart.

her determination allows her to get up when she falls,

the love is half full in her glass heart.

she knows that she always has to guard it,

but she also wants to embrace all things love.

she feels that her prayers aren't reaching the above,

she is fragile because of her glass heart.

like the weather, love and life are also unpredictable,

natural disasters smile as they pull you apart

love only comes through when it's ready and able,

and gives little hope to her and her glass heart.

don't forget the hurt that will shatter you to pieces,

leaving love to fate maybe smart.

however, with time the hurt decreases,

but don't forget to display the love in that glass heart of yours.
