you

dance

in corners

of my mind

when I recall Fibonacci's sequence;

not just because I am left in awe

by how we've found nature's footsteps in its path, the flowers and snails,

but because the successive proportions of its 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 converge to the golden ratio;

this has united the mathematician and the poet inside me. what I'm trying to say (my proof is your eyes) - is that it converges to 1.618, and it converges to you (I do too.)
