FALLING, FALLING…. LIKE THE RAIN!

I take the tie from 'round the curtain and let it fall

I look upon the garden outside my window and sigh

Rain gently pats the roof, and raindrops chase down the windowpane

Rain invigorates me, tumbles into ecstasy, reflecting my feelings.

When we met the attraction was like never before

A glimpse of perfection from stony blindness

With skin of satin, a touch like I've never known

The gentle way you brushed against me, sensational.

Every day I think about you, the softness of our first kiss

It was so much more than just a kiss …I’m falling, falling, falling!

Your love has shown me the light… I’m falling, falling!

Wrapping and encasing the core of my heart.

Protect me from the fears that overwhelm my mind

Feel the struggle within me, reassure my hesitations

Hold me in your arms forever and cherish me

Beautiful dreamer, light up my heart, free my spirit.

On the air, the smell of wet earth, and the rain spatters across the porch

Rain invigorates me, tumbles into ecstasy, reflecting my feelings

You are a precious gift from the arms of a God, you bless the day.

Only the touch of your body is able to ignite the fire in mine.

When I think of you it sets my soul free, my mind is enlightened

Love shrugs its satin gloves, and your presence makes the roses red

In serene beauty, the love that's shared is only yours and mine

So place your hand in mine for in trust we can believe!
