Astravore - as truth vor

(N.) A soul that keeps feeding on hope even after disappointment/resilient and unbreakable

Even after I still hope

That despite our disconnection you still think of me

I still hope

That after every fight, every insult, every stab, and every tear

You thought of me and my pain so that you could move on to the stage of changing

Even after I still hope

That despite your obsession with perfection you would rise above

I still hope

That after every high expectation, cruel intent, and quiet regret

You thought of me and all the times I screamed words disguised as an act of convincing you to listen

Even after I still hope

That despite our frantic need to be right you would put your ego aside

I still hope

That after every door blocked, strand pulled, night interrupted, and argument escalated

You thought of me and how much you disrupted every pillar in my life and encouraged my mental decline

Even after I still hope

That despite our inability to be near each other you will find me

I still hope

That after everything

You thought of me and how much it took to move on and start over and how regardless of the positions you threw me in, that you laid your anger to rest
