Feel for a pulse

No more than 10 seconds

If it is absent

Death itself beckons

Put your dominant hand

Ontop of the other

Interlock those fingers

Between one another

Hands on the chest

The sternums the place

On your knees rigid

Lock your arms tightly and brace

Push down hard, 2 inches deep

2 every seconds, the correct pacing to keep.

Tilt the head back

And lift up the chin

Pinch the nose tight

And breathe some air in

Do mouth to mouth

Or a face mask is best

Give them a breath

Then go back to the chest

30 compressions

And two ventilation

The winning numbers

For a successful resuscitation.

Repeat the cycle, until help arrives

Teach all your friends, and help save lives
