හදවත මැරී වේලි තිබුන කල
ප්රේමයේ බිජු ස්නේහයෙන් පැළකල
මගේ දිවියේ මට අරුතයක් එක්කල
මට හමුවුනු හොදම කෙනා ඔබයි
මගේ දිවියේ මාව වෙනස් කල
මට මගේ අරුත පෙන්නුම් කල
ගල් හදවත් මාව මෙලෙක් කල
මගේ ආදරනීයම මතකය ඔබයි
හැමදේම වෙන්නෙ හොදටයි
ඒ බව මට කියලා දුන්නෙ නුබයි
කීවත් ඔබ මට අත්හරින්නැයි
පැතුවේ මා සැමදා එකම මලයි
ඔබ නොදැක ඔබ මවමී
මල නොදැක මල පතමී
රස නොලැබ රස උරමී
සඳ නොපතා තරුව පතමී
ජීවිතේ තාවකාලික නැවතුමක
මගේ හදවතට එක් වූ ඔබ
දුන් ආදරනීය මතක සැමරුම්
සැමදාටම මතකේ තියෙවී මගේ
එදත් අදත් හෙටත් හැමදාටමත්
මා පෙම් කල මා පෙම් බදින
මට හිටපු මට ඕන
එකම යුවතිය ඔබයි
