என்னை விட என்னை அதிகம் அறிந்த திரை

என் பெயர் முதற்கொண்டு

எனக்குள் நான் கட்டிய கனவுக்கோட்டை வரை

அறிந்து வைத்திருக்கிறது இந்த திரை…

என் மகிழ்ச்சிக்கு சாட்சியாக

என் துயருக்கு ஆறுதலாக

என் தனிமைக்கு இனிமையாக

என் கோபங்களுக்கு பொறுமையாளனாக

என் தேடலுக்கு விடையாக

என் உணர்வுகளுக்கு மதிப்பாக

என்னுடன் இருந்தது இந்த திரை…

நான் மகிழும் தருணங்களை

என்னை விட அழகாக ரசித்து எனக்கே காண்பித்தது இந்த திரை…

நான் வெளிப்படுத்த மறுத்த சோகங்களை

எனக்காக தனக்குள்ளேயே புதைத்துக்கொண்டது இந்த திரை…

நான் தயங்கி தனித்து நின்ற இடங்களில்

கூடவே இருந்து என்னைத் தேற்றியது இந்த திரை…

என்னை நானே தொலைத்து தேடிய நொடிகளில்

எனக்கே என்னை மீட்டு தந்தது இந்த திரை…

என் சிரிப்பு எத்தகை அழகாக இருக்கும்

என் அழுகை எவ்வளவு அசிங்கமாக இருக்கும்

என் கோபம் எந்தளவு வீரியமாக இருக்கும்

என் வெறுமை எத்தனை கொடுமையாக இருக்கும்

என் தேடல் எதை நோக்கியதாக இருக்கும்

இப்படி அனைத்தையும் பார்த்தது இந்த திரை…

நான் கேட்டு ரசித்த பாடல்கள்

நான் சேமித்த புகைப்படங்கள்

நான் பார்த்து சிரித்த காணொளிகள்

எல்லாமே நான் யார் என்பதற்கான சிறு தடயங்கள் இந்த திரைக்கு…

மற்றவர்கள் பார்த்தது என் முகத்தை

இந்த திரை பார்த்தது என் அகத்தை

‘எனக்கு என்னை எவ்வளவு தெரியுமோ-

அதை விட அதற்கு என்னை அவ்வளவு தெரியும்.’
