তুমি-ই সে মেয়ে

তুমি-ই সে মেয়ে

যাকে প্রথম দেখে আমি চমকে উঠে ছিলাম।

যাকে আর ও একবার ভালো করে দেখার জন্য,

যার পিছু নিয়ে ছিলাম।

তোমার অজান্তেই

তোমাকে আবার ও ভালো করে দেখেছিলাম।

দেখেছিলাম তোমার মুখ,

তোমার মুখমন্ডল,

তোমার মুখমন্ডলে থাকা টানা টানা দুটি চোখ।

দেখে ছিলাম গালভরা হাসি,

টিকালো নাক।

দেখে ছিলাম মুখমন্ডলে থাকা বাঁকা বাঁকা,

যেন শিল্পীর তুলিতে আঁকা দুটি ঠোঁট।

দেখে ছিলাম তোমার বুক,

দেখেছিলাম তোমার বুকের গঠন।

মনে মনে মেপে নিয়ে ছিলাম

তোমার উচ্চতা।

আর মনে মনে ঠিক করে নিয়েছিলাম।

এই সেই মেয়ে.......

যাকে মনে মনে এতোদিন আমি

হন্যে হয়ে খুঁজছিলাম।

আর ও দেখেছিলাম তোমার বলা,

তোমার চলা।

দেখেছিলাম তোমার সর্বাঙ্গ বদনখানা।

অথচ তুমি কিছুই জানলে না।

তোমার অজান্তেই,

তোমাকে আমি আমার স্বপ্নে দেখা

সেই রাজকন্যার সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে নিয়ে ছিলাম।

দেখে ছিলাম তোমার গোছাভরা চুল,

চুলকে বেঁধে রাখার চুল বন্ধক।

তোমার পড়নে ছাপা শাড়ি,

শাড়িতে উপচে পড়া

নক্সা ক'টা নজর কারা।

পড়নে ব্লাউজ খানা,

হাতার উপর ডিজাইন করা

ডিজাইনে রং বেরং-এর সব আলপনা।

দেখেছি তোমাকে জড়িয়ে ধরা,

শাড়ির আঁচল খানা।

হাওয়ায় উড়ে যাবে বলে

কুঁচির সাথে পিনে ভরা।

দেখেছি তোমার লাজুক মুখে

এদিক ওদিক চেয়ে থাকা।

সঙ্গে যদি থাকতো মোবাইল

চুপটি করে একটি ছবি,

তুলে নিয়ে,

সঙ্গে করে যেতাম চলে

কিন্ত তখন মোবাইল বলে আসেনি কিছু।

সালটা ছিল - ৯৩

আরে হ্যাঁ ------১৯৯৩।

দিনটা ছিল সরস্বতী পুজোর দিন।
