মোহর

করবো বিয়ে খুঁজেছি মেয়ে
দেখেছি আমি, না জানি কতো...
মিলিয়ে নিয়েছি মনে মনে,
পাইনি তবু তার দেখা।
মুখেতে হাসি চোখেতে খুশি
দেখেছি যখন তোমার মাঝে।
তাই মিলিয়ে নিয়েছি মনে মনে,
তুমি আমার সেই সুন্দরী।
কল্পনায় ভেবেছি যাকে
খুঁজেছি তাকে মনে মনে,
ভাবিনি আমি তোমায় পাবো
এভাবে সামনে থেকে।
রূপের বর্ণনা আর কি দেবো
মুক্ত কেশে চাঁদের বেশে,
হাসি হাসি মুখ তোমায় দেখে ।
যখন দেখেছি আমি ঐ চোখের পানে।
হারিয়েছি মন................
তোমার ঐ কাজল কালো চোখে।
শাড়ির আঁচল আড়াল করা,
দেখেছি তোমার রূপাঙ্গন।
ভেবেছি আমি মনে মনে
এইতো আমার সেই সুন্দরী।
হারিয়ে যাওয়া মনটি আমার
ফিরে পেতে মরিয়া হলাম।
তাই করলাম মোহর।
দেন-মোহর দিয়ে, করব আমি তোমায় বিয়ে।
