सुनापन और सुकून

सुना सुना सा लगता है

सबके साथ भी, सबके बाद भी

क्या मैं परेशान हूँ किसी से

या अब बस चाहत है खुदी से

जब नहीं समझा अपनों ने

खूब संवारा गैरों ने

क्या कहें, क्यों ज़िंदा हैं

पता नहीं... इसका जवाब तो नहीं

अब तो प्यार है वक़्त से

संवरते हैं अनुभव से

सेहत, हिम्मत, साहस हमारे हमसफ़र

हर मोड़ पर बनें ये रहबर

बहुत सुकून है सूनेपन में

नहीं सुनना शोर जो चुभे मन में

आधी से ज़्यादा शायद ज़िंदगी जी ली

अब क्या गिला रखें किसी से भी

बस जी ले बिना किसी भार के

ताकि दम तोड़े सुकून के सार में
