मेरी सोच, मेरी सारथी

मेरी सोच, मेरी सारथी

मुझे अपनी सोच से जुदा नहीं होना,

उसका हाथ पकड़कर

उसके साथ चलना है。

बाहरी सफ़र में

बहुत हैं मेरे शुभचिंतक,

लेकिन इस अंदरूनी सफ़र में

मेरी सोच ही बनेगी मेरी सारथी।

ऊपर से शांत-सी दिखने वाली

मेरी सोच में

हर वक्त, हर पल

अनगिनत विचार पनपते हैं।

पूछूँ जो उसके दिल का हाल,

तो थोड़ा वक्त लगाती है वो

बोलने में।

मुझे दोस्ती का हाथ बढ़ाना है,

मगर वक्त चाहिए उसे

खुलने में।

मेरी कोशिशें जारी थीं

और फिर एक दिन

सफल हुआ मेरा एकतरफ़ा वार्तालाप।

बोल पड़ी वो एक दिन।

पूछा मैंने उससे-

“कैसी हो तुम?”

जवाब था-

“अच्छी हूँ।”

और धीरे-धीरे

हमारा दोस्ताना बढ़ता गया।

जितना मैं उसे सराहती गई,

उतनी ही वो मुझसे

खुलती गई।

राज़ कुछ गहरे थे

उसके दिल में,

जो उसने मुझसे साझा किए।

सालों से जो बोझ

मेरे अंतर्मन में था,

वो अब धीरे-धीरे

हल्का होने लगा।

ज़िंदगी के मौसम भी

बदल रहे थे।

जहाँ सूखे पत्ते थे,

वहाँ फूल खिलने लगे थे।

धुंधली-सी पगडंडियों पर

अब नई दिशाएँ

नज़र आने लगी थीं।

मैं अपनी सोच से

रूबरू हो गई थी।

अब ये तालमेल

जीवन-पर्यंत यूँ ही बना रहेगा।

अपनी सोच से हुई यह मुलाक़ात

अब एक ऐसे अनमोल बंधन में बदल गई है,

जो कभी नहीं टूटेगा।
