बातें

कितनी बातें करनी हैं मुझे

कितना कुछ कहती भी हूं 

फिर भी अपने आप को क्यों भूल जाती हूं 

वक्त निकल ही लूंगी कभी 

कोई ना भी सुने मेरी बातों को 

सामने बैठकर उस आईने को कह दूंगी 

कहूंगी उसको, मेरी बातें गहरी हैं 

कुछ बातें समझने की 

कुछ बातें विश्वास की

कुछ किसी भी काम की नहीं 

क्योंकि जरूरी नहीं जो मैं सोचूं वह तू भी समझे 

सुन तो लेगा ना तू, 

देख तू चटक मत जाना 

मेरे अंतरमन के द्वंद में उलझ ना जाना 

हां कुछ ही नहीं ढेर सारी बातें करनी है मुझे 

जवाब तेरे पास नहीं 

जवाब मेरे पास भी नहीं

फिर भी एक तसल्ली है 

तूने सुन लिया और मैंने कह दिया

खुश रहने के लिए बस इतना ही काफी है 

अपनों की बात उस आइने की तरह सुन लो 

दो घड़ी अपनों को भी चुन लो
