बस एक तू!

एक तेरे इंतज़ार से ऐसा क्या नाता है

कि जो आँखें पथराई थीं सालों से,

उनमें चमकती नमी का जल आ जाता है।

एक तेरी हामी में ऐसा क्या मिल जाता है

कि लब जो हँसे ही नहीं कभी,

उनमें लड़कपन खिलखिलाता है।

एक तेरे होने के एहसास से ऐसा क्या बदल जाता है

कि जिन भावों को कभी जाना ही नहीं,

उनसे हृदय का कोना-कोना भर जाता है।

एक तेरी आवाज़ से ऐसा क्या छू जाता है

कि हर अनछुआ तार मन का

कोई नया ही राग गाता है।

एक तेरी नज़र से ऐसा क्या निखर जाता है

कि एहसासों का सैलाब बस

उमड़ता ही जाता है।

एक तुझसे मिलने के ख़याल से ऐसा क्या ख़याल आता है

कि पानी पर चिलचिलाती धूप जैसा

मेरा कण-कण जगमगाता है।

एक तेरी मुस्कान की याद से ऐसा क्या याद आता है

कि सदियों से झेले हर ग़म को पल भर में

मेरा रोआँ-रोआँ भूल जाता है।

एक तेरी आँखों में अपनी छवि देखने के ख़्वाब से ऐसा क्या जग जाता है

कि जन्मों तक तुम्हारी राधा रहने के बाद

इस जीवन में तुम्हारी रुक्मिणी बनने का विश्वास हो आता है।
