दुख की बैसाखी

प्रस्तावना

'दुख की बैसाखी' एक आत्मसंवादी कविता है, जो मनुष्य और उसके दुख के बीच बने सूक्ष्म संबंध की पड़ताल करती है। यह रचना इस प्रश्न को उठाती है कि क्या हम अपने दुख को केवल अनुभव करते हैं, या धीरे-धीरे उसे अपनी पहचान बना लेते हैं? अंतर्मन के संवाद के माध्यम से कविता यह बोध कराती है कि पीड़ा हमारा वास्तविक स्वरूप नहीं, बल्कि एक अस्थायी आवरण है। यह कविता आत्मबोध, वर्तमान में जीने और दुख से मुक्ति की आंतरिक यात्रा को अभिव्यक्त करने का एक विनम्र प्रयास है।

क्या जीवन में केवल दुख हैं या

फिर दुख ही जीवन है?

क्यों इस सफर में मिलती इतनी धूप है ?

जीवन का अर्थ कुछ समझ नहीं आता

क्यूं मेरे हिस्से तूने सुख नहीं बांटा ?

कितना सहूं अब तो सहा भी नहीं जाता !

उसी क्षण एक आवाज पड़ी कानों में

" इस दर्द को तुम छोड़ क्यों नहीं देते ?

सफ़र को आगे चल क्यों नहीं देते ?

क्यों बना रखा है दर्द को बैसाखी?

मरने की बात करते हो ,जीना अभी है बाकी !"

सहसा ठिठक गए कदम मेरे

सोच न पाया क्या हूं मैं जब दर्द नहीं रह जाएगा?

क्या है मेरे पास जो मुझको मेरी पहचान करायेगा?

मेरा बीता हुआ कल

मेरे टूटे हुए सपने

जो कुछ पा न सका मैं

जो कुछ खो दिया मैंने

समेट कर ये सब कुछ अपने आंचल में,

लिपटा हुआ है दर्द यूं मुझसे , ज्यों

मेरे तन का हिस्सा है

मुझसे हरदम कहता है, तू बस इक बीता किस्सा है !

सच को मैंने अब पहचाना, दुख तो बस एक चोला था

कल तो कबका बीत चुका, आज को मैं न देख सका

मुक्त हो कल के बंधन से जब मैं कदम बढ़ाऊंगा

दर्द बन जायेगा किस्सा, मैं यथार्थ बन जाऊंगा ।।
