जि नका उत्तर ज्ञात नहीं,

उन प्रश्नों को कब तक व्यर्थ कह पाओगे? या कहकर उसेनादान,

तमु इनसेकब तक बच पाओगे?

जि ज्ञासाओंका कारण उसके

क्या कभी तमु जानना चाहोगे?

या केवल उसको फि र

चपु रहनेका पाठ पढ़ाओगे?

बचपन इस बालक का

क्या तमु यूँही उससेछीन सकोगे? यूँमारकर या डाँटकर

कब तक उसेतमु रोकना चाहोगे?

सवाल उसके कई,

परंतुसाधारण एक भी नहीं है।

ज़रा बठै कर अगर सनु सको,

तो सनु ना तमु - बहुत कुछ जान पाओगे।

धरती गोल क्यों?

आकाश मेंइतनेतारेक्यों?

भगवान इतनेसारेक्यों?

धर्मों का हैयह भेद क्या?

चि ड़ि या का हैघर कहाँ?

छोड़ गई थी मझु को जो परी कहाँहै? उसके जहाँका नाम क्या?

ऐसेअगिं गिनत सवालों सेही

तो उसको जान सकोगे।

थोड़ा वक़्त भी देकर

तमु आईनेमेंउसके

अपना बचपन तराश सकोगे।

तभी तो तमु “मम्मा-पापा”

बोलेजानेपर

इन शब्दों का अर्थ समझ पाओगे।
