चित्त चिचित्त

किसी रोज़ येआदत बदल जाएगी

रात बेरात तुम्हेंयाद िर लेनेिी,

सोनेसेपहलेआह भर लेनेिी,

ख़्वाबोोंमेंछूिर

सुबह अिे लेहोनेिी,

किर कदन भर मलाल िरनेिी,

और जब तुम सामनेआओ

तो नज़रेंहटा लेनेिी।

ऐसा नही ोंहैिी एतबार नही ोंहै

मोहब्बत ए कमज़ाज नही ोंहै,

मसला यह हैिे

हमारेपास टुिडेजो हैं,

उनसेकदल बनानेिा ज़र्फ़ ही नही ोंहै, (ज़र्फ़ - योग्यता)

और तुम्हेंटुिडेभाएँ गेनही ों,

क्ोोंकि तुम्हें

वर्फा िा इल्म भी नही ोंहै। (इल्म- ज्ञान)

येटुिडेही मेरा तोहर्फा है,

येदुखडेतेरी मेहर,

येशौहरत मेरी नािामी,

और यादेंतेरी

लहर।

आगे,

किर माना कलया खुदिो िे, किसी रोज़ येआदत बदल जाएगी, अब भी िहतेहै

बदल जाएगी,

बदल गई है,

नही ोंिहतेमगर।
