कुंवारा बाप

मेरी नन्ही बिन्नी आज विदा हो गई

25 साल की मेरी गुड़िया नन्हे पंछी की तरह हवा हो गई

खुद रोते-रोते मुझे तन्हा छोड़ गई

बिटिया मेरी आज पराई हो गई

कल की ही बात है जब मैंने उसे गोद लिया

उस नन्हीं बच्ची को रोता बिलकता कोई छोड़ गया

संसारिक जीवन से मुँह मोड़ चुका था में

जीने में ख़ुशी की आस छोड चुका था में

कुछ गलतियों ने मुझे ऐसा थपेड़ा था

जिंदगी भर के अकेले वनवास में छोड़ा था

मेरी जवानी में एक किस्सा हुआ ऐसा था

निसंतान रहेगा तू उस रिपोर्ट ने ये बोला था

अपने कर्मों की सजा किसी और को कैसे देता

किसी लड़की की जिंदगी कैसे अंधकार में छोड़ देता

कुंवारा रहूंगा सदा ये मैंने सोच लिया

सारे रिश्तों से मैंने नाता तोड़ दिया

भोली माँ मेरी इस बात से परेशान थी

कैसे जिएगा अकेला यही बात सुखाती उसकी जान थी

संत पिता मेरे रहते हमेशा चुप थे

ऐसी परिस्थिती के लिए वो भी कहाँ त्यार थे

सूखी बेजान सी कट रही थी जिंदगी

ना आस ना उम्मीद सांसे थी चल रही

क्या इत्तेफाक हुआ जो मुझे अस्पताल की याद थी आयी

मेरी मनहूस जिंदगी में एक किलकारी ने आग लगायी

जब पता चला कितनी मासूम थी वो

लड़की होने का कर्ज पहले दिन चुका रही थी वो

रहा ना गया उसे गोद में उठाने से

परी भेजी थी सृष्टि ने मेरी जान बचाने के लिए

आदत थी उसकी जो आज छूट गई

मेरी नन्ही बिन्नी आज विदा हो गई
