"कामगार"

सब बिक जाता है उसका बना,

बस दर्द उसका बिकता नहीं।

पसीने की स्याही से लिखा,

न जानें क्यों दिखता नहीं।।

और दिखती नहीं है किसी को,

उसकी चिंता और बेबसी।

कतरा-कतरा बिखरी जिंदगी,

तिल-तिल होती खुदकुशी।।

बेबसी! जो करती है मजबूर,

गर्भिणी से, बोझा उठवाने को।

बुढ़ापे से, रिक्शा खिंचवाने को,

बचपन से, बर्तन मंजवाने को।।

और मजबूर इतना की,

छोड़ना पड़े अपना ही देस।

पेट की आग बुझाने को,

जाना पड़े परदेस।।

परदेस! जो है बड़ी दूर,

जहां रहते हैं सब मजबूर।

जीने की जद्दोजहद में जुटे,

सब कामगार, मजदूर।।

मजदूर और कामगार,

जो हैं लगभग बेजानदार।

जिन्होंने शहर तो बनाए शानदार,

लेकिन श्रेय में नहीं रहे भागीदार।।

तो फिर वास्तव में,

श्रेय किसका और कितना है ?

जिसने जितना परिश्रम किया,

क्या उसको मिलता प्रतिफल उतना है ?

प्रतिफल उसको क्या ही मिला ?

शहर सजाने का यही सिला।

जिसने गगन चूमती इमारतें बनाईं,

उसका अपना‌ घर टूटा ही रहा।।

वो घर जिसने किया था बेबस,

घर से दूर जाने को।

परिवार की भूख मिटाने को,

जी-जान लगाकर कमाने को।।

कमाता है वो रोज,

जी-जान लगाकर,

वो झेलता है दुख,

कभी रोकर, कभी गा कर।।

और झेलता है सब,

जैसे परिवार का पुरखा।

हमेशा रहता है गुमनाम,

जैसे औरत जात पहने बुर्का।।

धूप में तपकर, गहराया देह का रंग,

बेडौल चेहरा और माथे पर शिकन।

देसी बोली, बदहाल कपड़े,

चीख-चीखकर कर हैं बताते हालातों का सितम।।

फिर भी वो चीख अनसुनी कर,

मालिक, लेते हैं उनसे अथाह काम।

इंसानों से बदतर है, हरिया, रामू का जीवन,

और मंदिर में पुजते हैं, श्री हरि और प्रभु राम।।
