You, Me and Sunset!

I still do remember that day

The sun was settling down

And it was the month of May

But today when I recall it all; I frown

Though the sky and the sun are intact

But you and I are not the same

Why is it so hard to come to the fact

That you and I can never be in one frame.

Initially, the dazzling sunlight raised my spirits

But today, they resemble the heartbroken defeat

With a lot of invincible and infinite limits

I still wish to have one last meet

Where there’s only you, me and the sunset

And for the last time let’s be our transferred epithets!
