You And I Are Beautifully Damaged.

You and I are beautifully damaged. The only place I can call you mine is in my poems. I’ll draw your portrait with my words. Pen down everything you didn't say. Few colours splashed here and there of those secret glances we shared. I'll make people fall in love with you just by reading the final verse. I'll tell the world how you like your coffee a little too sweet, how you get lost in a different space while talking, how you smile when I blabber something purely nonsensical, how

your fingers play with your hair when you are restless, or how I drown in your brown eyes every single time. Ours was the kind of love that travelled from the heart to the eyes. The four lettered deal sealing word was never a part of our lyrics. You told me once this is not going to work out, and I remember replying, not in my world. Yes we are royally chaotic together, but miles away, amongst the billion stars, ours is the tale most talked about. Come, meet the boy whose thoughts warmed up my winters and made the trees cry in autumn.
