Pushups, pullups, jogging and run;
Don’t you think my friends it is fun.
Some exercise and meditation every day;
Keeps the doctor at bay.
When done in the traditional way;
What can be better to rewind the day.
Yoga keeps us cheerful and energetic;
It makes us flexible and athletic.
Some asanas give us comfort and peace;
Others with practice can be done with ease.
Sukhasana is the best to reduce anxiety;
It relaxes and awakens our inner spirituality.
Let’s improve our digestion with Naukasana;
And get a better physical balance with Kakasana.
Let’s strengthen our muscles with Sarvangasana;
And boost our concentration with Shirshasana.
Yoga is a way to vigour and vitality;
It is the key to success and harmony.
