Writing of A Lover

The muse of a poet, whose words come alive- 

They defined a beauty, unfound and undefined,

Uncertain in existence, with how it was written.

Impossible the word comes to his mind,

When he dreams her into existence,

For her beauty in his words written.

Sounds like unreal mumbles, of a mad lover.

But she was a contradiction- outside of common sense.

Here she was hidden from his vision-

Passing by the lover-turned-poet’s eyes,

Of the lover that penned for her, first time ever-

Not titled a writer but a lover,

Who, knew not the meanings of words.

But he gave words to his awe,

And letters to his love for her,

Carving words into the body of paper from his thoughts.

He became one with pen, just for her.

The one hidden beyond his vision 

Who gives light to his eyes, rhythm to his heart.

The one that the writer wrote for.

Carved her with whole world’s care itself.
