Winter's Embrace

By Aadhya Singh

In these cozy winter days,

Wrapped in warmth, in soft arrays,

Dreaming of tales I long to write,

Each word is a hug, so calm, so light.

The frost may tap upon the pane,

But here, the warmth will remain.

With books and thoughts, my sweet retreat,

A world where heart and soul both meet.

Exams may try to steal my peace,

But soon their trials all will cease.

And back I'll go to winter’s grace,

In night’s embrace, my quiet place.
