Winding Love

Once in love,

Once in denial,

Little for the love,

That never lasts.

Battle grounded heart;

That longs for him.

He can’t listen;

She can’t express.

A story in tragedy,

That made her weep.

But she is strong,

A lone warrior,

Fighting off her demons!

To glorify her life;

Like a star that shines.

They came together;

All aligned this time,

To witness her gracious smile;

As it happened again.

Now her eyes speak love;

He hears without words.

Stars and sun intertwined!

Rainbows and rainfall kissed!

As their hearts whispered love.

It’s not him or her;

It’s him and her now.
