Willow, Cherry and Magnolia
If these walls could talk
they’d tell you all
of summer days that turned to Fall.
Of trees for others and for mothers
Willow, Cherry and Magnolia.
The laughter and the serious talk
the future plan decided.
Paintings once resided there
where time has now suspended
the promise kept the love she held
for two, just two, like none other.
The mother dear, the wife so near
Her presence fills these empty walls
Look closer past the quiet echo
For Fahah in the shade of all.
