Will You?

By Ridham Chaudhary

When the sun sets

And everything is engulfed by darkness,

When the beauty of nature is at its finest

And the orange sky is at its brightest,

When the evening breeze touches my hair

And still there is less hope more despair,

Will you stay by my side?

When I just feel like crying

And everyone seems to be lying,

When my inner demons are calling

And I am frustrated trying ignoring,

When something is dying inside

And there is no light beside,

Will you be the light of my life?

Will you stay by my side?

When I call you at night

And we just fight and fight,

When I text you I am so sorry

And you say it’s unnecessary,

When you want it all to be over

And I beg for your forgiveness hungover,

Will you forgive me just this one time?

Will you stay by my side?
