Why Again?

Recently I have been spacing out a lot.

I feel lost of words when I talk.

I guess it’s happening again.

The pain, fear and anxiety are back at its game.

I try to calm down but it’s not easy I say.

Breathe in and out is what I do!

How the hell I’m here again?

When I buried them all behind and took a step ahead.
