Whispers of Dawn

Through the tunnel's inky hold,
A sliver of light breaks bold.
Not the harsh sun's golden might,
But a moonbeam, soft and white.
Hope, a seed in barren ground,
Pushes through, with whispers found
In the rustling of changing leaves,
In the tide that gently weaves.
Peace, a dove on weary wing,
Circles down, a gentle thing.
Though battles rage, and shadows creep,
Love's embers flicker, strong and deep.
Mind may wrestle, heart may yearn,
But the spirit's flame will ever burn.
We fall to rise, a phoenix's call,
For even in darkness, dawn breaks for all.
