Where Are You?

Updated: Feb 5, 2024

By Rushda Saba

Lifting my hands,

up to the sky.

Pitiful eyes,

desperate heart,

calling you,

with broken voice.

Where are you?

Your people, loved ones,

terribly oppressed,

martyred, tore apart.

Peace, happiness,

land, shelter, water, food,

snatched many more.

Where are you?

We need you, only you.

Found amazing,

your love,

waiting you,

believing you,

One day, your promise is

fulfilled, InshaAllah.

This pain is isite!

Lost soul,

longing miracle,

washout evil.

As if whole world

will watch it.

Ya Allah, where are you?
