do you want to know how it made me feel

when you lied about loving me

when you broke the false promises

along with my false confidence

do you want to know how it made me feel

when my dreams were so vivid, almost real

when I lost what never belonged to me

when I lost the flavour of my meal

you taught me how to survive

you burnt me alive

you spit on my grave

you bring me back to life

I mourn every day

as this phenomenon repeats

but I will accept you if you ever come back

because with the absence of your fragnance

it gets harder to breathe
