When Negativity Hits

Updated: Jul 5, 2025

By Aariya Sharma

I closed my eyes, imagining my win

Until I see some negativity walking in

Dark thoughts brought a wave of confusion

As if they wanted me to believe in their illusion

A strong mind is now trembling with doubts

My god whispered, They are nothing but clouts

Watched them predicting my future with pleasant

Who is going to tell them? I have learned to live in the present

Shuddering my shoulders, I left negativity behind

Can’t show them my success, who have eyesight but are blind

Discussing my past hustle brought a smile to their faces

No time for jealousy; I am travelling and tying my shoelaces

People and their negativity

Kills the faith in humanity

Those who forget postivity

Will forever burn with insecurity
