When Lips Long

Updated: Jul 15

By Kamalavaani Murali

I want kisses

Kisses with you

Countless kisses

Each one a new story.

Some short, some long,

Some sloppy, some sultry,

Most of them fun

All of them lovely.

Grazes, pecks,

Smooches and canoodles,

Every kind imaginable

In places unimaginable

Until our lips have filled

All the pages we can

Until we’ve done it

Till Our hearts are full

Until we finish

The book called Love

Together.
