What Is Perfection?
By Vamsi Venkat
Is it a spotless white sheet?
Is it water so clear that you can see the bottom of the lake?
Or an ever-blue sky without a single cloud?
What if you ask the same question to an artist?
He would probably say, perfection is a girl’s radiating smile with a whisper of a dimple in the between isn’t that a site to behold.
If you ask the same question to a dreamer he might’ve said.
Is this sky for real? I wonder if I could ever reach the sky and touch those clouds?
I might never get to do that, but I could watch these clouds moving cluelessly and forming patterns all day long. It is not a sky without the clouds.
What if you ask this question who deeply misses someone?
A person who has everything always has smile so bright like the shining sun.
But the smile that comes to my face very few times in this life without her is so pure
like the moon on a full moon day.
Perfection is such an easy word to use and describe something or someone, but the real perfection comes from those minor imperfections.
