Wedding Bells and Bliss

Love echos through our lifespan,

As clouds drifts through a rainbow sky.

Tales of couples meeting by chance,

Or planned introductions through common alliances.

Relationships are developed

over time and occasion.

Where heritage is important,

And so is name and fame.

Similar class and culture,

Is often a must.

Marriage is always encouraged, by older folk of society.

Some weddings are elaborate,

With ceremonies of colour and cheer,

While others are simple, gentle and quiet,

Weddings are great reasons for family gatherings.

Song, dance and rhyme

Are traditions with fun and games

To blend and bind the new families and friends.

A marriage of two people,

Creates a new family circle.

An increase in talents,

And a broadening of opportunities.

Love, light and laughter

Make life full of character.
