WE LOST THE SPRING

When the dark days prevail,

And darkness overshadows my feeling Than I sit to ask myself, Why am I stuck in all the dreary things Because with all the frivolities We lost the Spring!

We lost the glimmers of the eye... The dreams where we reach the sky... We lost the times of our shining soul, Which had quite some innocent lies.

The me of today is broken inside, Because the loud world of exclusiveness Cannot bear my inner child. The adult child inside is still wondering, How come in the moment of nothingness We lost the Spring!

Because the pressure never re-assure, And the feelings all drained were pure, The crushed soul left thus left with no cure Sailing in deep waters looking for more.

The child is now somewhat lost... Not in the world, but, somewhere inside, Who gave up on all the conspiracies And keep all the prejudice beside, Waiting for the spring to bloom Looking to the corner from the corner in the side!
