We Live, In An Ocean, Of What? I Know Not!

By Apoorva Lakshmi Ragi

We live in the flux

Of this changing world

Where time and place

Means here and now or

Nowhere and forever

Where name boards have

Addresses no more

And articles have no

Timestamps to tell

Where we are or who we are

We live In the flux

Of this changing world

Where you can be anywhere

On spectrum as nothing is binary

Yet everything remains grey

Where culture and tradition

Is scorned when it is ours

Yet borne when it is theirs

And here we stay unsure

Of what is our say

We live In the flux

Of this changing world

Where organic and healthy

Mean money making models

More than our wellbeing

Where stimulus is coming at us

Overloaded in waves

And here we are still

Trying to figure how

not to crash in those waves
