Walk With God

By Cameron Foster

It’ll take some time to realize

The truth in these real lies

You say I’m blind

But I’m the only one with real eyes

It’ll take some time to realign

Follow God and the truth you’ll find

Everything is temporary

Nothing is truly yours or mine

Follow Jesus, he knows the truth

For he turned water to real wine

Yea tho I walk through the valley of death

I walk by faith because I’m blind and deaf

I stick with him for the promise he kept

He sacrificed the holy one

So I’m eternally in his debt

Stick with God and he’ll handle the rest

So we can live our life with love, no stress

So many questions you got, I bet

I look up to God and ask

Why is everything a mess?

He replied “It’s all a test”

I tell God that I wanna be the best

He said “I’ll show you the way”

Hard work and rest

He said, “follow me and I’ll show you to peace “

Only him can calm any beast

Only him can pull the man out the streets

Only him show you light and time so bleak

Pray to him for the food, we eat

Walk with him and you can’t be beat

Pray to him when I wake from my sleep

Cost no dime so his love ain’t cheap

Trust in him through the troubles we face

He solves the problems to the troubles we make

His love is the air so I can’t replace

He wrote my life so I can’t erase
