Waiting by the sky

I looked at the sky for answers.

It stared back at me and pity.

Maybe even remorse.

Like it had seen me do this before,

Staring long for answers.

Answers it couldn’t give me.

The stars were watching alongside.

Watching me repeat mistakes.

Over and over again,

Watching me get hurt.

Again and again,

I should’ve learned my lesson by now.

I keep looking for answers to questions,I can’t transcribe .

It makes me question if these questions even exist.

The stars are fading,

Watching my pain day by day

Waiting for The day i learn.

And honestly,

Neither of us know if it will ever come.

So we both wait.

Hoping one day it will change.

Until then,

The sky and the stars will keep watching over me.

Hoping one day,

Someday,

It will get better.
