Versions

Practically, there are four versions of everyone

One, what the world thinks of you

Two, what you think of yourself

Three, what I think of you

And what you actually are!!

We have that one ‘I’ who is different from rest of the world

That ‘I’ is all that matters

because that ‘one’ knows you better than you know yourself

Thinking of ‘I’ is like concrete footprints made unknowingly

when the cement of the road towards the heart of ‘I’ is wet

It takes time to dry up and become permanent

Undamaged by the torrential downpour of unkind words

from the rest of the world

That is some kind of art, beyond Picasso or Van Goh

could ever attempt

Connoisseurs of this art are only a few who truly value

Only they can help you understand the difference

between four versions and reduce complications

The art has a power to change what you actually are

For good!

The art is like the divine Trinity that controls

the climate, weather and seasons of your life

The torrent mellows down and the sun shines

From within! A harbinger of spring!

The versions begin to sync and become one

Strong, powerful and unsung

That ‘I’ looks into your eyes and tells you

I believe in you

I am your alter ego

and I love you!

True love knows

True love understands

It is an art that saves you when you fall apart!
